A Beautiful Fall Day!

I'm ready to go for a walk, Mommy!
I love to sit forward in my stroller & hold on to the tray. I listen closely to every sound I hear - dogs, cars, people...it is so much fun!

I am so content to sit on the floor & play with my toys!
For everyone who always talks about how small I am - my shirt says, "Good things come in small packages." :)

An Unhappy Moment...

I can't believe Mommy took these pictures of me...AND put them on the blog! This is one of the RARE occassions where I was not happy. I'm not even sure why - I can't remember. Maybe it was because Mommy put me in my feeding seat, and I was recalling my smashed finger :)

Happy Days are Here Again!

Tummy Time, Teeth & Other Troubles...

Mommy & Daddy have been putting me on my tummy a lot more lately. It is ok, but I really prefer sitting because I can see everything better. Being on my tummy is so much work. But they want to help encourage me to crawl...right now though, I am very content just rolling.

As you can see, my eyes are a little red in the picture because I just threw a nice "9 month old" fit about being on my tummy:)

My 2 top teeth are giving me all kinds of trouble too.

And to make matters worse, Mommy smashed my finger today - I was in my feeding seat & my finger ended up under the tray - I know she didn't do it on purpose, but it hurt & I cried:( I know tomorrow will be a better day!

I would rather play with this clear plastic container than all my colorful toys!I wore my cute jacket today for the first time - Mommy & I went to church for her Bible study & it was COLD outside!

I'm not sure how I feel about "mixed vegetables," & I'm also not sure how I feel about Mommy constantly taking pictures of me while I am eating.
I am just such a happy boy! My 2 middle top teeth are coming in, so at times I can be a little fussy, but as you can see, that is the exception!
I am becoming quite opinionated about many things - I LOVE - to watch feet (mine & other peoples'), play hide & go seek or peek-a-boo, read books, take baths, eat cereal, fruit, veggies & gerber fruit puffs, jump in my jumper & play with my soccer ball (this makes daddy very happy:)!

I don't have as many dislikes but I could do without - green veggies, having my face washed & having my diaper changed (although I do feel much better after this is done)!

Our Weekend in Salado, TX

This weekend we went to Salado, Texas for Mommy's 10 year high school reunion. We had a great time!

Friday night Mommy & Daddy let me stay with Grandpa & Nana while they went to a Salado High School football game - Salado won! Saturday afternoon we went to the reunion picnic - Here is Mommy with some of the people she graduated with!It's fun to be silly!Hey, Lydia took my toy:)

This is my friend Molly. She is hanging out with us on Wednesdays! She doesn't really notice me yet, but Mommy says she will as she gets older. I hope this happens soon, I am ready to play!

Wow! Can you believe it?! I am 8 months old!
I have started doing the cutest thing:) If something falls off the couch I will lean over and try to find where it went.
Cool hair, huh? Mommy couldn't resist styling it for me today during my bath.
That's better Mommy. I think I prefer the clean cut look instead of the mohawk.

This is my feeding seat! Mommy has been feeding me in my bebe pod chair, but she got this out for me, because I am a big boy now! I got to try my first finger food this weekend - Gerber fruit puffs. I'm not sure about them. I made a really funny face when Mommy put one in my mouth.

Mommy & Daddy took me to have sushi on Saturday night with some of their friends. Well, I didn't have any sushi:), but it was fun to tag along.
